0 files. What could be wrong?

#1 Post by Therealsmack »

Hi, i did 4 runs of Photorec_win.exe. 2 with whole disk and 2 with a partition named *FAT16 >32m.
The device is a harddrive and is connected to the computer with the standart sata port. The system on the hard drive had a malfunction and could not open.
Then someone startet, format disk. and then shut the computer down before it was finished.

I am trying to get pictures out and i am new with this program. i am wondering if it is 100% dead or it is still plausible. maybe what im doin wrong.

I only have one computer account :) and there are no errors, it seems that it is running without any errors. it says it succesfully finished.

Edit:
This is what i have done:

And the scan Completed:

But the program cant find ANYTHING. and does not return an error.

And yes it is a admin account.
