How to recover wallet.dat (Bitcoin data)

Hi
I need help to recover file wallet.dat
When I set File opt>dat photorec can't find any wallet.dat but i found lots of files from microsoft with extension .dat
Can you give me some guide step by step what to set to find exacly wallet.dat files ?
I overwritten my old wallet.dat by a new one
I have ssd drive and windows7
