Images recovered but are too small

Hello
my parents got one of these encryption viruses so i tried to use photorec to get the files back.
It worked and all the files seem to be back with one drawback the images are all around 100x 100 when the origionals where around 2mb pictures.
Is there a way to get the files back in their correct size?
