How to indentify the partition to recover files from?

Hello,
the situation is:
- HD from an Asus notebook with Windows 7 Home Pro;
- There were some problems with the HD, so Windows was reinstalled using the Recovery DVD;
- the C partition was deleted, and so all the photos/movies/docs were lost (the ones inside the Images/Movies/Documents folders);
- the HD has 3 partitions: recovery, C (Windows), D (data folder)
I connected that HD to my Mac, I'm not sure which partition is the C on the volume.
I'd also like to know what the letters: P, E, L mean, such as:
2 * HPFS - NTFS
3 E extended LBA
4 L HPFS - NTFS
Using DiskUtil I do see the partitions named "Windows_NTFS OS" (so I know this is the C) and "Windows_NTFS Untitles" (the D one), but I'm not sure about the list I see using PhotoRec. See attachment.
What I need is to search for movies and photos there were on C partition. Thank you!
