Hello!
The software found and recovered my files but now I can't open them. What do I do? The files are from a GoPro Hero 4 and are .mov files. I selected the mov option under files options like I saw mentioned in another post and its the same story. I'm using windows and am not overall computer savvy.

Re: Can't open recovered video files
Videos saved by GoPro Hero 4 are fragmented when written on the disk: two videos streams are written at the same time, a low resolution one (LRV) and a full resolution one (MP4).
PhotoRec can not recover the videos correctly.
If necessary, I provide a commercial service to recover gopro videos, contact me by email if interested.
