Repeated files-Can't recover half of files problem

Please help me with this. I can't seem to understand what to do or if I can even do something. My photos on my sd card are so important.
I had about 500~ photos give or take. So when I run PhotoRec it recovers 1-250 perfectly fine, but then from there it just repeats 1-250 for the remaining photos (251-500~). Personally, I need the latter half rather than the first 1-250. I am so lost on what to do. I have used another software, and the same thing happens. Please help.
