I'm having issues building from source on macOS 10.12.1 Sierra and have no directions AFAIK.
Anyone who has built successfully care to share some instructions on how to do it?

Re: Getting started
There are ready-to-use binaries for Mac OS X but if you really want to compile testdisk and photorec from source, read "Building from source" from https://www.cgsecurity.org/testdisk.pdf
The instructions for Mac OS X are terse, feel free to submit additional instructions, I will add them to the documentation.
