Recover files from a given sector
Hi, how do I retrieve data from a certain sector (from whom photorec stops forward) on? Thank you

Do you have the same problem when using latest PhotoRec 7.1-WIP ?
If necessary, it's possible to manually edit the photorec.ses file to specify where to restart the recovery.

The problem is that the analysis stops at some point (384000000, is a 500 gb hdd) and revolves around that number. I think is this the Sector DAMAGED. I want to set a next sector number (eg 390 000 000) to see if the analysis goes on, but I do not know what to do. However, I also tried photorec 7.1 but without being too failed to resolve the problem.
