Please help; Lost pics, now stuck..

Hello there,
My name is Larry and somehow the pics on a pc disappeared. No formatting done. I went to copy to disk but did not have enough room so I cancelled the task. The next DAY I went to copy to external hard-drive but ALL pics were gone!!!!
I discovered this Photorec and did run it but have NO IDEA how to read or find pics if they were recovered. There is about 300 folders with all sorts of craziness. To me it isnt legible. THANK you for ANY help, advice, assistance you may have
