I have a big problem ...

I had external HDD with 2 partitions. I wanted to resize one partition on Disk Utility, When I applied resize it suddenly erased both partitions. What should I do now ? it shows 2 empty partitions ...

You can try TestDisk, Quick Search, Deeper Search. In the list of partitions, search for partitions where you see "+Backup" at the bottom. If the partition size looks ok, set the partition as P(rimary).
On next screen, if you see all your partitions, choose Write, confirm, Quit and restart your computer.
