Hello,
I've taken an image of a 320 GB HD, obtaining 42 EWF files. Can you tell me, please, the correct way to analyse multiple EWF files with testdisk ?
Typing:
sudo testdisk 'imagefile.???'
as reported in the testdisk webpage, testdisk doesn't run.
It works well if I type:
sudo testdisk 'imagefile.E01' in the same folder containing the EWF files.
The question is: Is it sure that in this way testdisk read the whole image composed by the 42 files ?
I apologize with you for the basic question.
Thanks in advance.
Vincenzo.
imagefile.??? or imagefile.E01
