after format no files found on disk?

Hello:
I did a Format and then a quick format. mostly jpg and mp4. Now I tried test disk and photoreq but no files found at all . nothing? did i miss something?

Run PhotoRec. In Options, enable the expert mode, start the recovery, when asked, choose a blocksize of 512, use the default values otherwise.
Please tell us if you recover your data this way.

yes i was able to follow your instructions and .....after 10 minutes I stopped. Nothing. no files.

Is it an SSD with TRIM enabled ? If it's the case, it can explain why no files have been recovered.

yes it is external SSD and Trim was enabled. recovery options possible?
