2 hours scanning still no files found

2 hours scanning still no files found
hi, i'm new to PhotoRec. my drive are full so i try to delete some files. then i realize there's an important files that accidentally deleted by me. i tried to recover it using PhotoRec. after 2 hour scanning the drive, it shows nothing. 7/10 headers found and 0 files found. can you help me?

Which OS are you using ? Windows, Mac OS X, Linux ?
Is your disk a SSD ?
What is the filesystem ? FAT32, exFAT, NTFS, HFS+, ext4... ?
