How to recover after rapid formatting:-

I am using windows 7 on sony lappy, And I am getting handling error in it. I launched a quick format on my partition on which are stored all my data. Fast formatting does not erase data but just the partition table. And, I am trying to recover it. help me please, thanks!

You can use PhotoRec to recover your data. Be careful to no store the recovered files on the source partition.
