hi

i have used testdisk and created a dd image for both the partitions shown inthat.
now iam trying to rcover files by using photo rec on one partition but it is giving me only big sizes swf files.
i never had any swf data on it ..

is there a way to recover anything from this swf files ?

swf files are using a weak signatures. It's quite common to recover such files from running PhotoRec from an encrypted filesystem.
Are you sure you aren't in this situation ?
It can also occur if the flash controller or the connectivity/cable is damaged.
