I'm using a Macbook Pro and OS X El Capitan. Non-signed bin are allowed to run.
I've tried several downloads of "test disk 7.1" but when I want to open it (double click on "Testdisk" or "Photorec" I always get: Photorec/Testdisk is damaged and can not be opened. Put it into the trash.
What's wrong?
Cannot open test disk

Re: Cannot open test disk
It may be the problem reported at https://github.com/cgsecurity/testdisk/issues/65
Try installing Homebrew from Terminal by long command from https://brew.sh/#install and then enter "brew install testdisk" into Terminal.
