I tried to install test disk and it tells me the dill files are missing try to reinstall
I am using win 7

Re: missing dll
Did you unzip the whole content of testdisk to a folder.
The missing dll-file might be probably the cygwin.dll?
Cygwinn.dll should be available in your testdisk folder.
