How to recover the DATA partition

I installed LINUX 13 "removing and replacing LINUX 12" but the installation decided to REMOVE MY NTFS PARTITION CALLED DATA (which of course did dont included any LINUX system in it)

When using TESTDISK the DATA partition is shown

The when I stop the deeper scan In order to try to rescue the DATA partition I get this error

What can I do to recover this DATA partition, any help is apreciated this is the first time I have faced this situation and also the first time using TestDisk tool
