file system damaged could not read in win7

Please help.
I used Gparted to re-size partions but crashed. Now the drive could not be read in win7. Tried testdisk. See the output in advanced. The structure seems matched with the setting before re-size.

Choose List and try to copy your files...
If it doesn't work, use PhotoRec to recover your data.
