Recovery of a Partition Table that was Eased by Testdisk

With the Windows Disk Management Utility I erased the Partition “Lab3_F” of my 3 TB hard disk.
No further actions took place.

Afterwards I used Testdisk to recover it:
That time Testdisk showed both partitions “Lab3_D” and “Lab 3_F”.
My intention was no changes on "Lab3_D" and a recovery of "Lab3_F".
Due to a misunderstanding of the Handbook I marked only the partition “Lab3_F” as “Primary” and left the other entries open. I assumed in TestDisk no marks means no action. That was obviously wrong.
After the succcessful recovery of “Lab3_F” my partition “Lab3_D” was gone !
No further actions took place.

Now the Windows Disk Management utility shows:

The normal search with Testdisk showed overlapping partitions, so I ran a deep search which took some days:

My questions are:
Where is the obviously active Partition “Lab3_F” in this table?
What next action do You suggest to recover ”Lab3_D” and to keep “Lab3_F“?

You have to set all partitions for recovery.
If a partition is not set, the partition won't be available anymore.
You must write your complete partition table containing all partitions.

When I mark the first entery as Primary TestDisk shows up with "Structure OK"

All other lines below reply structure bad!

TestDisk found a couple of partitions labeled as Lab3_D but not Lab3_F.

Your found Lab3_D partition have different size and overlap.
That's why you can't recover partitions which are using the same space!
Only one partition would be possible.
You should check/mark your partitions and press p to have try to list your files.
Please let me know which partition lists your data.
Please check your "No Name" partitions also.
It's intended to exclude, that your label is not changed.
