When trying to install Photo recovery from 7zip_installer_d6583311.exe it stops with the error 1706 & says windows installer can't continue. What does office 2000 have to do with installing this program? There are no problems with my system - using Windows XP Pro and have installed other software.
Anyone else incurred this error. I have seen it once in the past and called Dell since I had a support contract at the time but don't remember what they did. It had something to do with the Windows installer.
