I still need some help gaining access to the partition

#1 Post by AnnainOK »

I'm reposting this thinking maybe I just got lost in the shuffle...just got back from a week out of town.

The drive in question is the Toshiba. It was in two partitions, one for my operating system and one for my documents. I tried re-installing my operating system (windows 7 professional) only to have it mess up. I took it out, attached it to another computer, and found it unable to be accessed. The second machine wanted to format, which I didn't do.

I have no idea where to go from here, and I'm being extremely cautious, as I don't want to lose my pictures and documents, some of which were relatively new and not backed up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
