I'm always a kind of careful, if a message about sector size appears.
Please run a diagnose only and don't confirm at Write.
So you woudn't change anything.
Before you confirm at Analyse, please go to the menu Geometry and change the value sector size of 512 to 4046.
Run your diagnose again and if a partition is found, please mark it and press p to have a try to list your files.
Please copy and paste the content of your testdisk.log.
Note: It's only intended as a diagnose.
Don't confirm at Write and modify anything to your disk.
Actually testdisk obtains the info under windows from the OS.
Until yet, I can't judge, why you received such message?
