Utilisation de TestDisk suite à formatage partiel du C

Bonjour à tous,
merci pour ce forum, malgré mes recherches, je n'ai pas trouvé de topic identique à ma situation :
En essayant de formater une clé USB qui s'avèrera défaillante par la suite, j'ai formaté par erreur une partie (en FAT32, je crois...) du C de mon portable (250Go). Ce disque était composé de 2 partitions C et D (Données).
Je me suis lancé dans le découverte de TestDisk mais, en tant que débutant, je me permets de vous demander conseil afin d'éviter toute erreur grossière.

Le DD installé dans un boitier USB en externe, TestDisk (6.14 sous XP 32bits) me signale :
- le problème de "Space conflict between two partitions" où les partitions 2 et 3 se chevauchent clairement
- et en ce qui concerne les boots, que les versions sont identiques pour P2 mais pas pour P3.

- la recherche avancée fait apparaitre 2 partitions supplémentaires : une en FAT32 de 2Go (chevauchée avec la suivante) et une autre en NTFS (avec mes DATA) de 232Go

Dois-je effacer une partition et/ou restaurer le boot de P3 ?

Après Deeper Search, utilises 'P' sur chaque partition pour en lister le contenu.
Une fois que les bonnes partitions sont identifiées, les mettre en P(rimary) ou *(bootable).
Sur l'écran suivant, choisir Write, confirmer, Quit et redémarrer

tout d'abord merci pour votre réponse rapide.
Lorsque le recherche avancée se termine, la partition DATA ne m'est plus proposée, (sans doute suite au message d'erreur présent sur la 2ème image publiée dans mon post initial) :

Problème résolu, voici la démarche de résolution utilisée :

1. Sur le conseil de Christophe GRENIER :
"Après QUick Search, utilisez t(ype) pour changer le type de la première partition et les fleches pour passer la première partition en P(rimary) et la seconde en *(bootable):

Sur l'écran suivant, choisir Write et confirmer."
2. Puis nouvelle Deeper Search : Testdisk me propose une partition plus réduite que l'initiale :
15918 143 34 30309 254 63 au lieu de 15918 143 34 30401 42 41.
La modification du cylindre de fin ne peut être validée (plage proposée jusqu'à 30309).
J'ai choisi de recréer une partition HPFS en validant celle proposée par TestDisk.
3. Rebuild BS
4. Au redémarrage, l'ensemble des partitions est reconnue par Windows (dont la partition de sauvegarde ACER : PQSERVICE. Mes données sont bien dans LA nouvelle partition qui s'appelle encore DATA, je les ai sauvegardées sur un autre support.
5.DD réintroduit dans mon ACER mais Windows ne démarre pas :

6. Après la page de lancement ACER : ALT+F10 pour accéder aux fonctions de restauration puis Restaurer la configuration d'usine.
