Sry for late!
Your found NTFS partition doesn't list any data and looks empty.
Did you run chkdsk?
Could you run another diagnose on windows and the latest relaease TestDisk version 7?
As already mentioned, I'm not as much a linux tech savvy.
Would be important to run a complete Deeper Search, to have a try to find more partitions and copy your complete content of your logfile into your next post.
If more partitions are found, please mark them and list your files.
