Hi, My external sony hard disk is got corrupted. When I try to open in windows its asking me to format it.
I have attached the log file. Could you please help me to recover the data ?

Did you select your disk under disk selection or drive?
You should use disk instead of drive.
TestDisk 32bit is recommended.
Can you repeat your diagnose and copy and paste the content of your testdisk,log of running Analyse / Quick Search and if nothing would be found Deeper Search also?
If partitions are found, please mark them and press p to have a try to lsit your files.
