Quick search not so quick

#1 Post by TaJm »

Hello all,

I have a 500GB Western Digital hard draw that is raw, and I've been running test disk for a few days, how long should the quick search take? Please let me know if anymore information will help.

Quick search is finally complete, screenshots of the results are attached, please advise what to do next. Is there any hope?

It's unusual that a scan takes such a long time.
Did you get any read errors?
Can you check your disk using CrystalDiskInfo?

Please download the portable version, because the installer (exe) contains the adware open candy.

You should unpack/unzip it.
Afterwards you can open the folder and start/doubleclick Diskinfo.
In case, you can click on the menu Disk to select your affected disk.
