If I run it on a 64 bit Windows,it works...

What is the filesystem type of the destination ? FAT32, NTFS ?
If it's FAT32, can you try with an NTFS destination ?

Can you run "photorec_win /log" and post the last lines of the photorec.log file ?

I talked very soon :(
It didn't work.
How can I run photorec.exe /log?
I selected NTFS, and it's 32 bits...I would have to select Unknown?
I don't know why it works on 64 bits and on 32 bits not...I'm going to tell you all the process:
1-I deactive antivirus and firewall
2-I open photorec.exe as admin
3-I choose Drive C:
4-I choose NTFS
5-I choose Other
6-I choose Whole
7-I choose the directory
8-The error appears
Sorry and thanks in advance

Start "cmd" as administrator (right click run as administrator)
Go in the directory where photorec is, ie "cd testdisk-7.1-WIP".
Use "dir" to list the files to verify it's ok.
Type "photorec_win.exe /log".
Try to reproduce the problem, please send me the photorec.log file created in the same directory.
