Any help is appreciated!!!

Hello there,

I am having a problem with my "converted" external hard drive. After upgrading my harddrive to solid state hard drive. I started needing the space in the computer to run the programs. Then I converted my old hard drive and made it external (with one of those small portable cases). I used that for all my documents. But recently I decided to get a dock for it. After doing so I lost one of the partitions. The hard drive had two partitions the "recovery" and the "F" (where I had everything stored). Now every time I try to open "F" it says the the drive must be formatted before use.
So now I am trying to recover it with TestDisk. Here is a snapshot of how windows sees it.

Eventhough "F" is broken, I can still access the recovery partition.
By the way, I had windows 7 installed in the hard drive. And now I have windows 10 on my computer.
Things I have tried;
I tried different usb ports of my computer.
I tried the dock connection and the hard drive enclosure.
With TestDisk, I ran the analysis. But I am running it again and this is what its showing so far.
