MS Data not needed

#1 Post by macesare »

Hi there!
I'm not very expert and I have been struggling with my partition for 3 days now!
Basically I have this 2T hard drive where I accidentally cloned my main Win7 OS.
Then I changed my mind and I decided to format everything. After I decided to make 1 partition in the huge drive,but...
I started to have the problems: windows management is not up to date! So I'm running deep search at the moment, what I'm supposed to do after? I don't need any file, just my drive back as primary NFTS.
Later i tried to shrink my second 3T drive and didn't work as well I got mounting failed :( now I can't access 1.5T of my file there...!
So I was trying to fix the first drive to eventually recover all my files in the second drive saving them in the first.
Hope this make sense
Many thanks

Too small? Check hard disk size HD, jumpers settings, Bios detection?

Anybody can help me please?
I did press write on the partition that was green here is the 989.88 in Disk1.
The point is that I can't assign a letter (Disk Management console view is not up-to-date!), although they seem fine (the 1816.36 on Disk 2 too) I cannot operate on them and they don't show up in Windows Explorer!
Is it something wrong with my Win7? Everything else work!
Many thanks in advance
