NTFS become RAW

Good day. Sorry for bad english.
During the checkdisk computer was turn off. After turning on disk become a raw.
TestDisk shows the following picture. How to fix that?

Do not search partitions inside a partition, it's usless.

Select the physicaldrive where the partition G: is. In Advanced, select the partition, choose Boot, RebuildBS, List. If you can see your files, choose Write, confirm, Quit. Restart your computer.
