Anyway, here's what happened:
While I was moving files from my phone to my laptop, my laptop hanged then some files were not moved -no matter what I do (undo, paste, etc.), the files were just gone.
I looked up how to retrieve them then I saw that testdisk might help. I followed the instructions on a site (which is basically almost the same as the other sites') which is to analyse then write (I wrote on the only partition that is labeled as P -all others were labeled as D and I didn't have the choice to have a "Deeper Search.") then testdisk said that for it to take effect, I need to reboot -which I did (reboot = restart, right?)
However, what happened afterwards was that my local disk (I'm using an Asus transformer (t100a), so it's the local disk on the keyboard part) was gone. I couldn't find it (on where it's supposed to be and on search).
The only place I could find it (and its contents) is on Testdisk. I copied most of its content to some usbs (I don't have a hard drive and I've only got usbs and mscards to contain the files (which is not enough)) to have a back-up before doing anything else.
I checked the site and it suggested to use the "boot" then "backup bs" but when I clicked "boot" there's no "backup bs" choice (probably because both sectors are (status:) OK). I don't want to risk anything by choosing "rebuild bs" (I'm not sure if it's needed) so I tried "repair MFT."
It just says that it failed to repair MFT. (And I read on the instructions on cgsecurity.org regarding on repairing MFT that I could use (or at least do something about it using) CHKDSK. However, when I try to open CHKDSK, it automatically closes...).
What should I do??? If you know something about it, please help

1. I realized it a bit late: I chose Intel partition type rather than EFI type which was suggested by testdisk itself. (But I tried to boot it in EFI, it's still a failure). Could that be the reason?
2. My laptop's OS is Windows 8 (which isn't one of the listed compatible OS for testdisk), could that also be a reason?
3. BTW, I'm using another laptop for posting this (an older one). I'm afraid connecting the other one on the internet or doing basically anything else might affect it. I haven't turned that laptop off (for more than 24 hours since the reboot).
Please help >_< The remaining files there isn't really important (just some movies and stuffs) but still... Besides, I need that local disk because the local disk of the tablet side is almost full and I'm primarily using that laptop for my assignments and projects
