I've no idea about your OS!
Was your disk external and did you move it out of your enclosure to use it internally?
Which disk do you have?

TestDisk 64bit is only intended on genuine 64bit machines like Itanium, which have no 32bit emulation like WoW64 (Windows on Windows) and there is a description that some features are missing.
Currently TestDisk 7.1WIP 32bit is recommended.
Can you repeat your diagnose and select Disk instead of PhysicallyDrive?
It looks like my disk selection here:
testdiskdiskselection.gif
testdiskdiskselection.gif (34.48 KiB) Viewed 8610 times
Currently your disk is recognized with 512 Bytes sector size and should be 4 K.
In case, under the menu "Geometry" sector size can be changed to 4096-
There is a description very dangerous.
But as long as you don't use Write, RepairMFT or BackupBS nothing will be changed and when you close TestDisk all settings will be lost.
Please run TestDisk / Analyse and Quick Search, to have a try to find your correct partition.
So, I'd be able to check your current partition structure (your partition table) and watch, is there another message about your sector size?
When a partition would be found, please select it and press p to have a try to list your data.
Can you copy and paste the content of your testdisk.log into your next post.
You'll find it within your testdisk folder and you can open it using wordpad.

Can you download and test the latest version of TesDisk 7.1WIP 32bit and test it?
http://www.cgsecurity.org/Download_and_ ... IP.win.zip

Your file system looks faulty.
file_win32_pread(144,16,buffer,6134280(381/214/34)) read err: read after end of file
file_win32_pread(144,1,buffer,6134280(381/214/34)) read err: read after end of file
NTFS filesystem need to be repaired.
Until yet, it's most important to backup/copy your files first.
Have another try to list your data and copy some files.
Can you test your copied files?
