Hello,
First I tried testdisk to repair my harddisk. But no luck with that. With other tools it can not see the harddisk label or device. Now with photorec it is restoring files but I wonder if photorec also fix my disk after compleet recovery.

PhotoRec doesn't modify the source disk, so it will not try to fix it, only to recover your data.
