No found partition

Hi. I'm new in forum. I don't speak english, but i try.
I have a MicroSD samsung Evo class10. I used this MicroSD in my smartphone. Now, "need format the hard disk". I used the Chkdsk E: in windows XP, but say " no avaliable for RAW.
I use testdisk appears this:

In quick search and deep search, no found any partition.
In none partition, have a unknown patition
