Completely desperate! Micro sd card damaged

My 32gb microsd card was damaged and I don't know what to do to repair it!!! I do not care about data, i just want to be able to use it again. I am completely noob, so I gently ask you please help me!!! I don't know what happened to my card and what to do to make it works again. Sorry for my bad english, I'm from Brazil. I appreciate all possible assistance. Thank you very much to everyone. Here are the attached images of what testdisk report about my card:

If you don't care about the TestDisk, format your sd card.
If it doesn't work, use your sd card warranty to replace it.

Thank you very much for your response. Unfortunately I was not able to format the sd card. I think it's permanently damaged. Anyway I appreciate your assistance.
