TestDisk & PhotoRec does not recognize the problem USB

#1 Post by jaja »

The problem drive is not being recognized.

I have a 256 GB USB that apparently corrupted overnight after "no problem" use the day before. :o

When I try to use the graphical PhotoRec program it does not show the corrupted USB drive letter.

I also did not see it in TestDisk and/or PhotoRec.

Do not know what to do.

Please Help!

JJ

Hello! Thank you for responding.

I apologize because I do not know what you mean by the "physical disk".

The disk does not show by letter or volume or name so I cannot determine if the
program recognizes it.
