how do i save files to an external drive

how do i save files to an external drive
can't seem to find where to save photos from a failed drive to an external drive. failed ntfs drive is f, target drive is e. I have read the readme but am not finding the answer?

ok, so I need help still. the save to folder is all named the same thing. it shows as dif sizes but none will save to the target

Sorry but I don't understand your message.
If you want to save to "e:", use the left arrow key until you get a list of all your drives, select e:, enter, select a subdirectory and confirm when ok.
