I think it will not work: you have forced the partition table type to None and forced the filesystem to NTFS.
You probably had a PC Intel or an EFI GPT partition table type with a single NTFS partition.

To recover your partition, choose EFI GPT or PC Intel, Analyse, Quick Search and Deeper Search if necessary.
If it doesn't find your partition, use PhotoRec.
