Try RebuildBS and/or RepairMFT.
If it doesn't work, it's still possible to use PhotoRec.

Second screen is after repair. Don't understand why it's not fixed if both files are fine.

Can you please explain what would make two good mft files unrepairable? Bc I need to decide if I should copy my data before continuing with attempts.

Boot sector may be fine but not the MFT. TestDisk isn't very good at repairing MFT, if it can't repair the MFT, it doesn't change anything.
PhotoRec only reads the source disk, so it's quite safe to use.

I have the exact same problem. All of a sudden the MFT is Fubar and I cannot read the disk. And Testdisk cannot repair. Any help would be appreciated. Can I rebuild the MFT somehow? Any how?

dhomant, if TestDisk failed to repair the MFT, try PhotoRec instead.
