WD My Passport external HDD became inaccessible because it got disconnected while it was reading data.
HDD is displayed in My Computer on windows.
Analyse option does not show any partition on quick search or deep search.
Advanced option shows no partition found.
Can I create new partition with/without formatting or writing TestDisk MBR or writing zero MBR so that I can run file undelete option?

Try PhotoRec instead. Does it recover your files ?

Re: WD External Hard Disk - No Partition Found
Photorec detects files but I want data with directory structure.
TestDisk detects drive at correct capacity.
All files must be there. Testdisk was detecting files earlier. Then I messed up by writing TestDisk MBR, rebuilding BS and replacing backup BS because they were bad. Therefore, now testdisk is not detecting files and NTFS partition.
It will be OK if I do not get total data, I just want whatever data I get in directory structure. Any options?

As you have done prior mistakes, it may be safer to try other data recovery utility without modifying things in the hope to see your file structure or contact a data recovery company.
It's always possible to sort the files recovered by PhotoRec.
