Pale Moon sessionstore.js files?

#1 Post by Jack9 »

Can i recover sessionstore.js or sessionstore.bak (which is sessionstore.js gets renamed to each time Pale Moon is started)? These are used by Pale Moon and older versions of Firefox. If so, what would the signature file be?

Thank you

Unfortunately I don't have a way to do that without providing mine, which would has some of my info saved in it, or reinstalling and writing to disk that I need to recover from. If you download the portable version, you can get the file without installing it.

Try fidentify with the sessionstrore.js path in argument, fidentify is shipped with testdisk and photorec, it will tell you if it recognizes the file or not.
If the file is identified, photorec can recover this kind of files.
