question for a champion

hi all ,
my usb stick wont : format, resize, shrink, delete, nothink to do with this stick,
there is some images with testdisk :

i've test all windows 3party softwares: minitool, easyus, ....all, without result
in linux gparted, parted, fdisk, testdisk, all without result
in linux parted he told me that that a partition 1 overlap the partition 2 in the end
this is a high level degree of complexity, only the profesionnal can!
i'm ready to use linux or windows..

If you want to recover some lost data, try PhotoRec.
As you failed to format this usb stick, get a new one! Use the warranty if possible.
