I use an Asus Maximus VIII Hero motherboard. It has an Intel RAID 5 controller. When I upgraded the bios, it dropped two of my four disks, making them non-members. This made it unrecoverable. I deleted the RAID 5 array and recreated it using the same settings. I then went into windows and have used TestDisk to try and recover the partitions. The drives were about 3Tb each and there are four of them, making 9Tb for the RAID 5.
I originally had three partitions:
Storage1 (a primary partition about 3.5Tb)
Storage2 (a primary partition about 3.5Tb)
Secure (a primary partition protected with BitLocker - about 1.5Tb)
When I do the analysis, it runs for ages and picks up a few odd things. On the plus side, it gets Storage1 and Storage2 fine. However it recognises the Secure partition in the Analysis but when we get to the next screen where we can flag it primary or delete, that partition is not available to select as primary (or delete). That is weird. So we have found a partition but there is no way to add it to the set we are about to write.
Any guidance on how to recover all three partitions would be appreciated greatly! I am really stressed that I will lose my data!
The first two partitions should be restorable IMHO. It is the Secure (BitLocker) one that is difficult as it doesn't seem to allow it to be an entry written to the partition table.

The current partition table looks OK as it listed Storage1, Storage2 and another partition (probably your BitLocker).
Using Windows Disk Manager, you should assign a drive letter to each partition and try "chkdsk /f d:" (replace d: by the correct drive letter).

Thank you. In Disk Manager, it shows ONLY two partitions (both unallocated), one 2048GB and the other 6335.55 Gb. This doesn't seem right (as we need 3.5+3.5+1TB approx).
Any further thought would be appreciated. Thank you!

Should I delete all except the first and third, then write? Or should I try and add the Bitlocker partition manually (how)? Or try and persevere with what you suggested, even though the size of the partitions is all wrong?

Just a quick update. I got it working.
I found the two partitions Storage1 and Storage2 by searching. All other partitions I marked for deletion. I then used the 'A' Add to add in the partition for the Bitlocker drive manually. I copied the details from the 'Advanced' screen. I then wrote the partition table, and somewhat nervously rebooted. Everything worked perfectly. It even kept the correct drive letters!
