Need help to recovering files from an external HDD - No partition is bootable

Hi guys when i connect my external HDD to my pc i get this error "you need to format".
I need to recover files on this HDD.
So i downloaded photorec and following the steps i get this:

How should i continue for boot the partition and next for recover files? Thanks

According to the screenshots you used Testdisk. You talked about downloading Photorec. Did you want to use Photorec?

I've downloaded photorec and this was the executable... But yeah testdisk is fine anyway..
