As it was described already above Photorec doesn't see my 1T HDD on my iMac 2017 and shows only MacOs SSD partition. Really hoping on your help guys, thank in advance.
I have installed the brew and the program itself through it as well as I have the admin rights, but maybe I have done something wrong idk.

Does your Mac see the hard disk drive as a device at least?

How does Testdisk and Photorec react when connecting your drive to a Windows machine?
Any results?

I don't have any idea actually, because this actual hdd is embedded in the computer itself and I can't remove it without taking off the screen, there is an option to emulate this drive in so called "target disk mode" which actually just gonna convert a hdd to the basic storage drive, accessible through the thunderbolt cable which connected to another computer.

I don't know why your disk size is not recognized properly and have no idea what to do know.
