CHS and LBA don't match

Tried recovering some files via testdisk but not sure what step to take next.
If anyone has some time to help guide me on my next step, I would appreciate the help.

The disk is a 128gb Lexar CF card.
Tried dumping the photos via card reader and shows no files in the card, but card shows it has less than half the space available.

This is the screen message I got on testdisk

Use Photorec instead.

Please check if you comply with the Apple requirements. Read Chapter 6, "Starting the tools".
