After I extract testdisk 7.2, gphotorec_win.exe is missing? Where can I get gphotorec_win.exe from?

There is no such file but there is qphotorec_win.exe

After I extract testdisk 7.2, qphotorec_win.exe is missing? Where can I get qphotorec_win.exe from?

Oh, I see; the .exe is implied. I was looking for it spelled out.
