Help for my Surface X pro startup error

Hello,

I got a Surface X Pro from my company but when I start it I get this error

I tried to download the image from Microsoft website but is not working, do you have any idea how to help?

Have you attempted any troubleshoot steps yet? Sometimes, performing a hard reset or checking for updates can resolve such issues.

How do you check for updates on a machine that does not boot?
How should a "hard reset" repair a broken boot configuration?
