External exFat - deleted ALL her movies
My friend has managed to delete all three hundred movies she had on a 4 TB external SSD hard drive. She asked me to recopy all the movies but I would really rather recover them if possible. Can I use TestDisk or should I use PhotoRec to try? I have LOOKED at the hard drive but I have not attempted ANYTHING yet. Please advise.Thank you.

Use Testdisk. Read the manual that came with your download.
